Special Education Consultation

Special education consultation is offered to parents, students, advocates, lawyers, and school-based personnel. Consultation is designed to provide support from the perspective of a school psychologist.

The consultative services provided are individually determined based on the nature of the request and information provided and may include:

• Interview and discussion sessions

• Written review of relevant documentation and educationally relevant recommendations

• Written Opinion on the appropriateness of special education-related documentation, programs and services offered/provided, or the scope of an evaluation

• Expert witness testimony

The rate for consultation is $125/hour. Expert witness testimony is $175/hour.
