Empowering students and families through evaluation and consultation
A bit about my work
The feeling that crackles through your brain when you learn something new is truly one of my favorites. The feeling that comes when you finally figure something out or hear something that completely blows your mind. I think the feeling is so delightful because learning is empowering. That “Ah-Ha! moment” taught you something and you are now better equipped for the moments ahead.
Learning and empowerment are the motivation behind my work.
My primary goal is to find ways to help struggling students appreciate learning and feel empowered by their growth. But evaluations and consultation are most beneficial when everyone involved (including me) has opportunities to learn and feel empowered by the process. We should all feel better equipped to navigate the challenges ahead.
